Terms of Use of CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC Brands: 

By using any of CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC’s trademarks, logos, designs or assets, you accept and agree to comply with the terms set forth in these Terms of Use of CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC Brands (“Terms”), Trademark Use Guidelines, Brand Guidelines, in the applicable CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC Terms & Conditions, in other CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC policies, or as expressly permitted by CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC. You further acknowledge that CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC may take action against unauthorized or infringing use or use that does not conform to these Terms. 

CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC is the sole owner of the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks, and you will not challenge or interfere with CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC’s rights in any of them, including challenging CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC’s use and registration of its CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks. 

When you use the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks, you must clearly identify that they are trademarks of CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC Technologies, Inc. 

You will not use the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks in a manner that implies that CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC has sponsored or endorsed the use without the express written permission or license from CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC. 

You will not use or apply to register any of the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks in part or in whole, or anything confusingly similar to the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks, as a trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, domain name, or social media handle, profile, wallpaper, etc. 

You will not harm, misuse, disparage, or dilute the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks or tarnish CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC’s goodwill in them. Examples of misuse include: altering authorized color schemes and/or fonts, rescaling, obscuring, animating or otherwise distorting or mutilating the trademarks or logos. 

All goodwill associated with your use of the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks will inure exclusively to CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC.

CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC may modify these Terms or revoke permission to use the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks at any time. 

Except for the limited right to use the CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC trademarks for the specified purposes under these Terms, no other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise. CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC provides these Terms “as is” and disclaims any warranties either expressed or implied by law regarding CONTINGENCI® by Good Human LLC’s trademarks, including warranties of non-infringement. These Terms shall be governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be in San Francisco County.
